Another crash from my plugins (Important for VCS users!)

Hi!
Sorry, but I did an another crash (the same as previous caused by
context menus of VCS system).
Please, remove git and hg plugins to fix your installation:
find YOUR_KDE_DIR -name kdevhg* -delete
find YOUR_KDE_DIR -name kdevgit* -delete
Also I guess there can be some bug in CVS plugin (similar thing caused
but in DVCS plugins).
But note, there is a good thing that I was lazy to implement ~20 lines
of bazaar, in that case you would have to remove bazaar plugin too xD

It's 4 am here, I can fix it only after sleeping and doing some deals
like shopping...
