I tagged KDevelop 3.5.4 a couple of days ago. I did the tarball and dfaure
placed it on the fpt servers.

I'm on holydays in Portugal right now and so the only release announcment
I can make was this one:

To get a proper announcement on the main page, adymo (the only user that
has permissions on the webserver) needs to log in and do it.
Otherwise you will need to wait for me to get back to Germany next week.
