Extend the class. Obviously there's no framework in place right now to have
plugins extend the configuration. If we need that in 1.0/4.0 then somebody
has to implement that.

I'm not sure we need this as kcm at all, it should be fine to have a
KPageDialog with a way to provide the pages somehow via a plugin.
