In the teamwork module there's an implementation of the following feature:
Take a diff, for example "svn diff", locate and highlight all changed 
locations in the source-code, allow browsing through them using a hunk-list.

It's based on the kompare diff library. This could be extracted, extended a 
bit, and serve as a cool review-feature directly within the source-code.
