duchain persistence isn't robust

Hi,

couldn't find a better subject. From my last tests its apparent that
when KDevelop crashes while building a duchain (for example opening a
cmake project) later starts instantly crash when duchain tries to access
its persistent data.

It would be good if this wouldn't happen and we could somehow handle
that more gracefully. For me it always asserts on the bucket sizes.
