Where is the SVN module?

Are you sure it got build? It's located in kdevplatform/plugins/subversion. 
You will need a subversion-devel package or something. If this is not found 
it'll show as a warning when invoking cmake (check 
kdevplatform/plugins/CMakeLists.txt line 46-51)
