KDE 4.1 Alpha1 with KDevelop

Hi!
I don't think we can get usable before 4.1, but I think that an alpha
release is a great idea :). Mainly because of untested features and speed
issues regarding c++ (that is the only language we support by now).

Long life to KDevelop4!!!
