You mean creating kdevelop/Mainpage.dox with this content? No objections
from me.

Just out of curiosity: Are you planning to use the kdelibs oxygen theme
also for our own version of the documentation (i.e. what is on
www.kdevelop.org)? Or do you plan to use the old theme.
