Shortcuts for tool views

Hi,

I noticed that Ctrl+Home didn't work in the editor, and found it to be because 
the file browser also uses this (I think it was for home directory).  I 
patched the browser locally to only trigger this shortcut when the focus is 
on it - does this sound like the right thing to do? The alternative is to 
choose more sensible window-level shortcuts for the file browser.
