Moving code into the kdevplatform module

Fine. 'src' can also be named 'core' or 'lib' but I'm not insisting on
either option ;)

Ok.

And I also second what Andreas said about unused stuff in lib/ and
lib/util, it shall go to the blackhole (svn rm).
