I want to write end-user manual for Subversion plugin in KDev3.4
The below link seems good places to write user manual

Currently using CVS is documented but subversion part is not mentioned.
There are some caveats for using subversion plugins.
How do I add user manual here?

As an Optional recomended software, KDESDK is still listed, which is
depricated now. Rather than KDESDK, KDevelop-3.4.1>= requires
libsvn-1.3.0>= and its header packages. Both dependencies
should be mentioned.
