I've committed it as a part of our API docs as well.
The file is in kdevelop sources: doc/api/Architecture.dox

IIRC our apidocs website is updated every 24h so the updated API docs
will appear soon at http://www.kdevelop.org/HEAD/doc/api/html/index.html
