To be a new KDevelop developer

Hi.

I want to be a new KDevelop developer. I have used KDevelop
for 3 years. And I have sent a few patches. I believe the potential
of KDevelop, but it has too many shortcommings. I have time now,
and I want to get a SVN account. But as a newcommer I need
your help.

The question is that, I applied for SVN account to sysadmin at kde.org
3 days ago,
and I received no answer. Are there any qualifications or limitations
to get an account? If such things exist, I want to know it.

I look forward to working with KDevelop.
