subversion support not working...?

...which is interesting, because this computer has never, ever been 
touched by KDE4. I'm wondering if something somehow slipped into 
branches/kdevelop/3.4? Especially since the rebuild did not make this 
message go away.

Um. In fact "X-KDevelop-Version=4" is is *all over* the place in my 3.4 
checkout.
