Looking at those lib-dirs. Did you try cleaning the kde and kdevelop
dirs and reinstall kde and kdevplatform? Maybe you're picking up an old
library due to the order here (i.e. kdevplatformlanguage from
kde-devel/kdevelop/lib instead of kde-devel/kde/lib).
