Yes. :) You need LOT of memory to debug even one KDE project. Especially 
with a debug build of Qt. So probably to be useful, you need between 
1-2 GB memory, which is probably not that common yet.
Of course, this shouldn't limit too much KDevelop's functionality, but 
you should think about how many users will really use this.
