RFC: KDevelop4 icons, what do we want/need?

Ack, sorry. Two things:

1. right now all the automake icons are marked 'don't do these'.
2. please update what I just submitted, it's not meant to be "my" file 
by any means. :-) (Although review/discussion is still good, i.e. I 
would probably appreciate seeing your planned changes first.)
