[Bug 78641] code completion: overloaded members in derived classes not hidden when redefined

The problem is introduced with r625702, r625648 works fine.

My project is based on a framework which uses many nested templates and
typedefs. If you need it, I could provide you with the source code so
you could check it yourself.
