another late fix..

Hi,

This BR appeared today with a patch that fixes two problems in 
PartController::editDocumentInternal()

The fixes are real bug fixes in a non-critical path of editDocument - the part 
where we attempt to make sense of a partial url - and apparently does solve 
real problems with opening the "clicked on" file (see BR for details).

The attached patch is tested, works well and is ready to be commited.
