critical crash fix

Hi,

Though I doubt many uses the Java plugin (which can also be used as an 
argument that this should be safe to apply) here's a sorta critical fix to 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126657.

Without this change (which was done to cpp ages ago) I can never reopen a java 
project on my AMD64.. pcs restore crashes me every time, sometimes taking all 
my RAM in the process.

Attached patch fixes it for me. Ok to commit?
