2 hashedstring.h?

Heh? For me, there is no hashedstring.h in language/duchain. I have moved it 
into editor a few days ago, because it was needed there, and duchain anyway 
depends on editor. But util/ would probably be the better place for it, as 
well as for hashedstringset.h/cpp
