Astyle toolbar cannot be disabled

My memory of KDev3 is getting increasingly foggy, but I believe I
remember a similar problem with the Debugger toolbar at some point.
Doesn't it behave the same way?

IIRC, there was some problem with dynamically merging the toolbars
after the main application GUI was fully created. Something in that
mix made the toolbar settings not be applied.

Sorry, maybe I'm not helping here.. it was rather confusing back when
I looked at it. :) Anyway, if the debugger toolbar now works
correctly, I guess the problem is solvable.
