Astyle toolbar cannot be disabled

Hi,

to those of us that have some familiarity with xmlgui: For some unknown
reason one can't make the astyle toolbar disappear. It always comes back
when you restart kdevelop.

I already checked, but I couldn't find any differences between the
astyle toolbar and other toolbars in plugins that actually made a
difference.
