Ok, that wasn't very well thought-out if it requires LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
changes...

Technically, you should only place in "lib" what cannot conflict with 
other versions of KDevelop (like KDevelop 3 or 5). A simple "4" somewhere 
in the name or in the soversion would be enough (kdev4XXXX).
