What is now GNU Telephony is a superset of what you used. The GNU Common
C++ project has been merged with one other (which is about telephony)
and the whole is now called GNU Telephony. However the source of the 2
libraries is still separate within GNU Telephony project and can be
found on Sourceforge (Putty and vim don't interact well, else I'd paste
the URL).

The library on hyperrealm.com doesn't provide the ccgnu2 or ccext2
library, it does provide similar functionality but uses c++/h++
filenames and provides 1 library. Also I don't see this available in
Debian. So I think we should stick with the one we already use (or port
to Qt)
