[KDev4] What is the status of project manager, builders, debuggers?

Then why don't we just add setting pages to existing MakeBuilder?
The name of make binary can be settup by settings pages.
Also, the existing MakeBuilder should have the ability to change the name
of binary to gmake, make or etc.
