Upgrade from KDevelop3.3

Its about languages/<foo>/file_templates, but that doesn't matter that
much. The app templates are fine I think, at least they are not copied
to the users kde-home.

I actually just found in the back of my brain a reason why these are
copied to the users kde-home. He may want to add new file templates and
not everybody has write access to /usr...

I'll see if I can come up with something wrt to the file templates
during the weekend.

Anybody know of any other plugins that need treatment wrt. to upgrade
paths?
