Deletion of PCS files

Hi,

 It is nice that if the structure of the PCS files changes, KDevelop 
offers to delete them, but the bad thing is that they are not recreated 
using the new format, and you will not have code completion until you 
set this up again. Would be much nicer to check the configuration of 
the project and recreate them automatically (hopefully the information 
about where the header files are is in the project file).
