Proposed patch: Bug 76263: Automake manager put a file in Makefile.am twice

When removing a target and adding it back again, and attaching existing
source files,
the files are added twice to Makefile.am.

Files were being removed from the GUI, but not from the internal map.
Patch removes the source files from the internal map.
