KDevelop 3.4 deep freeze starts on Monday

This is includes a string freeze? There are a few places that really
needs comments before that happens. Specifically the new C++ options
that I suspect only David Nolden knows what they do (or if they do
anything).

Unfortunately, I'm having visitors all weekend, so I'll probably be
offline friday to sunday. :(
