Unable to set working directory for executable when debugging

Hi!

Another problem I experience with kdevelop 3.4 beta2 is that there is no 
option for choosing the working directory of the executable when debugging 
it. There is however such an option available for running the executable 
(without a debugger). I'm not sure if this is a regression.
