Konsole Plugin: automatically change directory

I have attach a small patch to add automatically change of the current 
directory when a project is loaded. Also is a document is loaded or 
activated, the current directory changes to the directory of the document.
In the future it would be nice to enable/disable the automatic directory 
change on document activation.
