Hang when loading a project

Patch attached. KProcess also has a blocking mode, but it would need 
anyway a new class or upgrading KDevDriver to a QObject to catch the 
output.
Apply the diff and use the two new files as well. make force-reedit 
might be needed.
If no problems are from the CPP parser/code completion POV, I will 
commit.
