Problem with 'close' button in Simplified IDEAL?

Which split-mode? There are 2, one using a 2nd tab-widget being
activated via the Window menu. And the other being activated through the
C++ Support page in the project options.
The 2nd version works here and the first should work too.

The 2nd one can be disabled as I said above, the other one is manual
anyway.
