Qt 4 PCS importer

Hi guys!

people ask to me about KDevelop 3 and Qt 4. If I get it right they want at 
least code completion working for Qt 4 based projects. A *LOT* of time ago (I 
think about 2 years ago) I wrote a simple PCS importer for Qt 4. It's not 
*great* but it is good enough for me :-)
