svn broken ? lib/weaver

I had to delete the complete lib directory and do an svn up. Not the 
first thing that is strange with svn (I tried to switch a kdevelop 3.3 
checkout to a kdevelop 3.4 with svn switch --relocate & svn up without 
success. I had to checkout it again. :-( ).
