CMake as a build system for KDevelop4

Ok, now we're talking. Would that be available for KDevelop-3.4? Since
KDevelop-4 is - sort of - far, far away?

no, native CMake support is targetted at KDevelop 4. Amilcar is
supposedly releasing KDevelop prerelease at the end of March.
