[PATCH] validate the Qt directory

Hi,

the small attached patch add's a validation function to CCConfigWidget,
which displays the qt directory in red when it is not valid (i.e. no
include/qt.h and not include/Qt/qglobal.h) and offers information about
that in the tooltip and What's this information. It of course depends on
the former patch I sent.
