kdevelop3.4 svn configure not creating Makefiles

No errors during make -f Makefile.cvs, not even warnings.

But running just ./configure works. Hmm, ah I just copied from the old
checkout's config.log the ./configure call and it included --no-create. 

However I still see the "wrong input" line.
