3.4 beta2 and freeze

I thought that there is not that much to hack on for kdevelop4 due to
the lot of things going on in kdelibs atm ;-)

Ok, I do have some exams coming up, but fortunately I don't have to work
next week. I'll try to dig into kdevelop (once again ;-) and see if I
can find my way to at least provide a ui to set the designer executable
on a per project base (and a default value in the settings or something
like that). If I have no luck, well I guess people have to live with the
current status of Qt4 support (at least code completion works now, that
already helps a lot).

BTW: The reason I spoke up again here, is that I didn't see much going
on in svn and on the list in the last few weeks and now out of a sudden
a release is to be brought out...
