PATCH: don't tinker with the palette or use hard-coded colors in grepview part

Did that (just now), and did a grep (before submitting the patch). The 
only thing that popped on lxr besides Process* itself and grepview stuff 
was appoutputwidget.cpp and AFAICT that is just creating 
ProcessListBoxItem widgets, not subclassing it, so it should be fine.

More likely, any problems would come from third party plug-ins not in 
KDevelop's repo. Just giving the 'heads up'. :-)
