Please no final until some more debugger issues are solved. At least it 
should:
- not show so many dialogs (still shows even with -g3 -O0)
- let disabled watch variables removed from the tree
- show QStrings correclty in subclasses, i.e KUrl-s (I admit I have to 
test this with the latest KDevelop 3.4 as well, it might be already 
fixed).

I also have to check the sliding breakpoint issue, if it is still 
present or not.
