yes, of course

It works like this, you change the wiki HEAD FAQ here:
http://www.kdevelop.org/mediawiki/index.php/FAQ

And then I have a magic script that backports that wiki page into a static, 
translatable KDevelop/3.4 FAQ page.
Tell me when you are finished with the changes and I'll use my script after 
that.
Then we can ask the translators to translate it.
