There is no ETA for the kdevelop split. KDevelop requiring the snapshot
is not an option because we use things in KDevelop that the Kate
developers implement because we've asked for it and those aren't in
snapshot.
The soonest we could start depending on snapshot is when the next snapshot
is made, and then we run into the same problem with not being able to
use and test features that are implemented in KTextEditor and Kate that
are specifically for us.
You could have kdewebdev depend on trunk instead.
