KDevelop kate templates

Hi,

afaik next KDevelop will be released with KDE 3.5.
Kate's .desktop file requires a "X-Kate-Version=2.5" in order to load 
plugins. KDevelop's kate templates still contain "X-Kate-Version=2.2".

2 questions:
- should we change that? I say yes.
- are we still allowed to change that? - I don't know :-?

If the version should be increased, maybe someone can commit it?
