Branches status

Hi! I'm still a bit lost with the state of 3.* branches

  - /branches/KDE/3.5 is feature frozen
  - /branches/work/kdevelop3 still does not build
  - there were talks about creating /branches/kdevelop/3.4, but
    it's no there yet.

So, where do changes targeted at kdevelop 3.4 go? Maybe I should just 
create /branches/work/kdevelop-vprus and commit my debugger changes there 
until the situation is cleared?
