What KDE target version for KDevelop-3.3?

Hi all.

I've lost the plot a bit, so.. what is the targetted KDE version for the
upcoming KDevelop-3.3 release? By targetted I mean which is the oldest
version of KDE that 3.3 should build/work on? I assumed KDE-3.2, but I may
well have missed any statements to the contrary.

It looks like KDE-3.4(?) is currently needed to build the 3.3 beta.
