Hi,

if I goto File | New and choose to create a blank file but select a folder 
that is not inside of the project tree KDevelop does nothing when I hit OK 
and add to project is selected. 
If add to project is not selected the file gets created and opened, what is 
fine.

I do not know what the right reaction would be if the folder is not in the 
project. But at least a "Sorry I can't do this" should appear.
