TODO or not TODO?

Hi,

I want to ask about the problem reporter. In my version I get FIXME entries 
correct displayed but TODO is somewhat strange. @TODO does work but breaks 
syntax highlighting in Kate and TODO: as written in the quick help does not 
work at all. 

I wonder why a plain TODO is not supported? This would go conform with Kate 
and makes sense to me because there is no rational reason why a FIXME does 
not need a colon but a TODO does.

BTW @FIXME does also work but is not mentioned in the quick help. 

I could not immediately see where the detection happens hence I could not 
create a patch.
