svn build error "rm: cannot remove `kdevelop': Is a directory"

My first encounter with the new svn repository was the smoothest transition
I've ever made with something of that nature. But now there is a problem.
The build process is trying to kill itself. I keep getting a build failure
with the error:

make[3]: Leaving directory
`/download/org/kdevelop/repository/root/kdevelop/src/kconf_update'
make[3]: Entering directory
`/download/org/kdevelop/repository/root/kdevelop/src'
rm: cannot remove `kdevelop': Is a directory
make[3]: *** [kdevelop] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory
`/download/org/kdevelop/repository/root/kdevelop/src'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory
`/download/org/kdevelop/repository/root/kdevelop/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/download/org/kdevelop/repository/root/kdevelop'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I ran the make -fMakefile.cvs and ./configure --disable-<everything>
on SuSE Linux 9.2 (i586) pulled from here:
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdevelop

Anybody else?
